Responsibilities:
1. Social Media Management:
- Prepare and plan social media content in anticipation of our showroom opening.
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries.
- Collaborate with the design team to create anticipation for our launch.
2. Showroom Inventory Preparation:
- Assist in procuring and organizing showroom inventory in preparation for the opening.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory arrivals and placement.
- Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely deliveries.
3. Customer Interaction (Pre-Launch):
- Engage with potential customers through various channels, providing information about our services and products.
- Build excitement for our upcoming showroom opening.
- Uphold our brand image and ensure a positive pre-launch customer experience.
4. Administrative Support:
- Assist in administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing emails, and preparing for the showroom's operational needs.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure the showroom is well-prepared and visually appealing for the fall opening.
5. Creative Input:
- Contribute fresh and creative ideas to enhance the showroom's aesthetics and customer experience.
- Stay updated on interior design trends to inform our pre-launch preparations.
Qualifications:
- A passion for interior design and a keen eye for aesthetics.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and content creation.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Prior experience in customer service is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management.
- Detail-oriented and able to maintain a high level of accuracy.
- Self-motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
